International Orders

International customers are responsible for any tariffs, customs duties or import fees charged by their country once the parcel arrives.

One Address Per Order

Each order can only be shipped to one address. Need items sent to different places? Please place separate orders. Keeping things simple helps us avoid shipping mix-ups.

Please Use a Street Address

Some orders ship directly from our manufacturers via courier, so we cannot guarantee delivery to PO Boxes.
Please double check your shipping details at checkout — incorrect addresses or undeliverable parcels cannot be refunded.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
(Hot tip: check your spam/junk folder just in case.)

Return to Sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed collection or incorrect delivery details, additional postage costs will apply to resend your order.

T-Shirt Orders

Our tees are made on demand and shipped directly from our manufacturers.
Please allow up to 4 weeks (30 working days) for delivery, although many orders arrive sooner.

Missing Items

Please contact us within 31 working days if your order hasn’t arrived or if anything is missing. After this timeframe, replacement items cannot be guaranteed by our suppliers.
