Returns + Refunds Policy ☕️
We want you to love your Ka-fey order. As many of our products are made to order, please read the following information carefully before purchasing.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unworn and unused
- in its original condition and packaging
- with tags attached
- accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if:
- your item arrives damaged
- you receive the wrong item
- there is a manufacturing fault
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll work with our production partners to replace or refund the item where appropriate.
Made-to-Order Items
Many Ka-fey products are made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- change of mind
- incorrect sizing selection
- ordering mistakes made at checkout
Please check sizing guides and order details carefully before purchasing.
As products are made to order, slight variations in print placement, garment sizing and colour may occur.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size or item, the quickest option is to place a new order once your return request has been approved.
Sale Items + Gift Cards
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer laws. Returned items must still be unworn, unused and in original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at kafeycafe@gmail.com.
